"Gratitude for the Opportunity to Serve"
What is service? There is a one sentence secret from Master Sha, "Service is the highest Xiu Lian." Xiu means purification. Lian means practice. Therefore Xiu Lian means Purification Practice. Service is the highest way to heal and transform your life.
Service is to make others happier and healthier. Service can be building a school, hospital, saving someone's life, feeding the poor, offering volunteer services to good organizations and more.
Service can also be chanting and meditating. Service is being loving, forgiving, compassionate, light, humble, harmonized, flourishing, grateful, and enlightened.
One incredible way to offer service is by chanting the Divine Soul Song of Love Peace and Harmony. You do not even need to leave your house and you can serve humanity and all souls.
Please join me in this practice to serve Humanity and all souls through singing the Divine Soul Song of Love Peace Harmony.
You can download the song for free and join the Love Peace Harmony Movement by going to http://lovepeaceharmony.org/ You can also view the music video by going to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EjMsLYlPSFU
Master Sha's goal is to have 1.5 billion people singing this song. When this goal is reached, the peace on the planet will be beyond words. Please share this song with everyone you know.
We will use the Four Power Techniques from Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha's wisdom and teachings. You can find the Four Power Techniques in any of his books.
1) Body Power: Sit or stand with your back straight. If you are sitting, place your feel flat on the floor with your heels touching. Put one hand on your heart, one hand on your lower abdomen directly below the navel. If you are able to, close your eyes.
2) Mind Power: Visualize bright rainbow light in your body and all around you. If your third eye (spiritual eye) is open, observe any images you may see.
3) Soul Power:
Say hello,
"Dear the Divine Soul Song of Love Peace Harmony, I love you. Please come. I am so honored to chant you with all souls to offer my service. I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve. Thank you.
Dear all souls, including Heaven, Mother Earth, all of humanity, countless planets, stars, galaxies and universes. I love you. Please come. Please join me in singing the Divine Soul Song of Love Peace Harmony. I am so honored to chant with you. Thank you for this opportunity to serve."
You can also call in specific souls you would like to serve such as your children, coworkers, ancestors, friends, or groups of people you know who are suffering. You can call in the souls of those looking to escape Syria, areas of the world where there is war, and those in your own community who you know are suffering. There is no limit to the souls you can invite.
4) Sound Power: Sing silently or out loud with the recording or on your own in Mandarin Chinese, Soul Language and English. Chant or sing for 15 minutes. If you can chant for longer, I encourage you to. You can chant or sing this song anytime.
Wo ai wo xin he ling
Wo ai quan ren lei
Wan ling rong he mu shi sheng
Xiang ai ping an he xie
Xiang ai ping an he xie
Lu La Lu La Li
Lu La Lu La La Li
Lu La Lu La Li Lu La
Lu La Li Lu La
Lu La Li Lu La
I love my heart and soul
I love all humanity
Join hearts and souls together
Love peace and harmony
Love peace and harmony
To close please say,
Hao Hao Hao
Thank you Thank you Thank you
Love you Love you Love you
Gongsong Gongsong Gongsong
Hao means perfect, good, or get well in Chinese. Gongsong means respectfully return.
I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve. When we make others happier and healthier, we create greater happiness and health in our lives, our children's lives and our communities lives. Many of our own blockages can dissipate. The more we chant, the more we will transform.
Universal service is an action that can bless you beyond words and comprehension. To have gratitude for this practice is key. True service comes from the heart and soul. You can not expect anything in return. To receive the full benefits of service you must feel honored in your heart and soul to be able to help another. Appreciate the gift of service that humanity has. I truly hope you will chant and sing with your heart and soul to help others.
Thank you for reading. Please post a comment to share how doing Universal Service with the Divine Soul Song of Love Peace Harmony made you feel. I love you all.

Gratitude = Happiness
"Gratitude is the key to happiness."
When we see an issue in our lives and offer gratitude for the situation, our ability to heal magnifies. Experiencing gratitude can create incredible healing and open up doors to happiness in profound and mysterious ways.
In Chinese, Tao Fa Zi Ran is an ancient saying. Tao Fa Zi Ran means Follow Natures Way. Tao is the source, it is everything and nothing. Tao can not be explained by words or comprehended by thoughts. Tao is also the way of all life. Lao Tzu, an ancient philosopher and author of the Tao De Jing, wrote about Tao and shared with the world that while he could not explain Tao he could give it a name.
Master Sha teaches 10 Tao qualities. They are Love, Forgiveness, Compassion, Light, Humility, Harmony, Flourishing, Gratitude, Service, and Enlightenment. When we are in the condition of one or more of these qualities we are following natures way, or following Tao. To follow Tao is a healing secret for all aspects of life.
For example, to be Love is to heal. Love melts all blockages and transforms all life.
To be grateful is to heal also.
Here I will share a practice or mediation using the Four Power Techniques from Dr. and Master Sha for increasing the gratitude in your Soul, Heart, Mind and Body.
For new students of Master Sha, here are the one sentence secrets for each mediation technique. Each one is powerful on its own, but when you use all four together the healing, transformation and rejuvenation you could experience is even greater.
Body Power: where you put your hands is where the energy and healing goes.
Mind Power: is using creative visualization for healing and rejuvenation, or where you put your mind is where the energy flows.
Soul Power: say hello to inner souls and outer souls. Everything and everyone has a soul. This is the most important of the Four Power Techniques.
Sound Power: what you say or chant is what you become.
I am so honored to lead you in this practice for developing gratitude.
Body Power: Sit straight up, put one hand on the lower abdomen just below the navel. Put your other hand on the Message Center, or Heart Chakra, in the middle of your chest.
Mind Power: See purple or golden light radiating in your lower abdomen and Message Center. See the soul of your Gratitude in your body, growing and becoming lighter and brighter. Visualize light from Heaven, Mother Earth, Divine, Tao and the entire universe and beyond blessings your request.
Soul Power:
Say hello,
"Dear my own soul, dear the soul of my gratitude, I love you, honor you and appreciate you. You have the power to heal yourselves and transform my gratitude and increase my happiness. Do a good job! Thank you. I am so grateful.
Dear the Divine, dear the Tao, dear the Da Tao, dear all of Heaven, Mother Earth, countless saints, saints animals, countless stars, planets, galaxies and universes, I love you, honor you and appreciate you. Please come.
Please offer me a blessing to heal, transform, develop and increase my gratitude and happiness.
I sincerely apologize for when my ancestors and I were not grateful or not grateful enough. Please forgive me. I forgive all the souls who have hurt or harmed my ancestors and me because of their lack of gratitude.
Thank you. I am so grateful. I will continue to further develop my gratitude."
Sound Power: Chant or sing Da Gan En, which is Chinese for Greatest Gratitude. Greatest refers to the Tao, or the Source's Greatest Gratitude. You can sing silently or aloud. It is good to alternate between the English and Chinese as well and the silent and aloud chanting as your are guided. This offers a yin yang balance to your mediation.
