Gratitude = Happiness

"Gratitude is the key to happiness."

When we see an issue in our lives and offer gratitude for the situation, our ability to heal magnifies. Experiencing gratitude can create incredible healing and open up doors to happiness in profound and mysterious ways.

In Chinese, Tao Fa Zi Ran is an ancient saying. Tao Fa Zi Ran means Follow Natures Way. Tao is the source, it is everything and nothing. Tao can not be explained by words or comprehended by thoughts. Tao is also the way of all life. Lao Tzu, an ancient philosopher and author of the Tao De Jing, wrote about Tao and shared with the world that while he could not explain Tao he could give it a name.

Master Sha teaches 10 Tao qualities. They are Love, Forgiveness, Compassion, Light, Humility, Harmony, Flourishing, Gratitude, Service, and Enlightenment. When we are in the condition of one or more of these qualities we are following natures way, or following Tao. To follow Tao is a healing secret for all aspects of life.

For example, to be Love is to heal. Love melts all blockages and transforms all life.

To be grateful is to heal also.

Here I will share a practice or mediation using the Four Power Techniques from Dr. and Master Sha for increasing the gratitude in your Soul, Heart, Mind and Body.

For new students of Master Sha, here are the one sentence secrets for each mediation technique. Each one is powerful on its own, but when you use all four together the healing, transformation and rejuvenation you could experience is even greater.

Body Power: where you put your hands is where the energy and healing goes.

Mind Power: is using creative visualization for healing and rejuvenation, or where you put your mind is where the energy flows.

Soul Power: say hello to inner souls and outer souls. Everything and everyone has a soul. This is the most important of the Four Power Techniques.

Sound Power: what you say or chant is what you become.

I am so honored to lead you in this practice for developing gratitude.

Body Power: Sit straight up, put one hand on the lower abdomen just below the navel. Put your other hand on the Message Center, or Heart Chakra, in the middle of your chest.

Mind Power: See purple or golden light radiating in your lower abdomen and Message Center. See the soul of your Gratitude in your body, growing and becoming lighter and brighter. Visualize light from Heaven, Mother Earth, Divine, Tao and the entire universe and beyond blessings your request.

Soul Power:

Say hello,

"Dear my own soul, dear the soul of my gratitude, I love you, honor you and appreciate you. You have the power to heal yourselves and transform my gratitude and increase my happiness. Do a good job! Thank you. I am so grateful.

Dear the Divine, dear the Tao, dear the Da Tao, dear all of Heaven, Mother Earth, countless saints, saints animals, countless stars, planets, galaxies and universes, I love you, honor you and appreciate you. Please come.

Please offer me a blessing to heal, transform, develop and increase my gratitude and happiness.

I sincerely apologize for when my ancestors and I were not grateful or not grateful enough. Please forgive me. I forgive all the souls who have hurt or harmed my ancestors and me because of their lack of gratitude.

Thank you. I am so grateful. I will continue to further develop my gratitude."

Sound Power: Chant or sing Da Gan En, which is Chinese for Greatest Gratitude. Greatest refers to the Tao, or the Source's Greatest Gratitude. You can sing silently or aloud. It is good to alternate between the English and Chinese as well and the silent and aloud chanting as your are guided. This offers a yin yang balance to your mediation.

Practice for at least 5-10 minutes. If you can practice longer please do. You can do this practice anytime, anywhere, multiple times a day. To seriously develop your gratitude please chant all the time or at least for two hours a day.

To end your practice say,

Hao Hao Hao
Thank you Thank you Thank you
Love you Love you Love you
Gongsong Gongsong Gongsong

Hao means good or perfect or get well in Chinese. Gongsong means respectfully return to all the souls.
